Responsibilities:

  1. Food Preparation:
    • Assist chefs and cooks in basic food preparation tasks such as chopping, peeling, and portioning ingredients.
    • Follow recipes and guidelines to prepare ingredients for cooking.
  2. Dishwashing and Cleaning:
    • Wash dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment following established sanitation procedures.
    • Maintain cleanliness in the kitchen and storage areas, including sweeping and mopping floors.
  3. Assistance During Service:
    • Support kitchen staff during peak hours by helping with plate assembly, garnishing, and other tasks as needed.
    • Ensure timely delivery of food items to the serving area.
  4. Stocking and Organization:
    • Assist in receiving and storing deliveries.

  5. Waste Disposal:
